12ம் வகுப்பு வரை தமிழ் வழியில் பயின்ற மாணவன், பெற்றோர் இருவரும் கிராமப்பகுதிகளில் ஆசிரியராக பணியாற்றியவர்கள் என்ற முன் தகுதியுடன்தான் இந்த #NEP 2020 வரைவை அணுகியிருக்கிறேன். Pros: I like the idea of medium of education in mother tongue till class 5. Children can learn better and faster in a language they can understand. I think this can increase their self-esteem. Parents participation can also increase. My assumption of mother tongue = regional language. But at the same time English cannot be replaced. English bring you the world. Indians now travel abroad and study abroad. This is India in 2020 not 1947.
